The Formula 1 season has started at a frantic pace — and there’s no sign of things slowing down as we head into May.
Alex has enjoyed a fantastic first few weeks of 2025, with point-scoring performances in four of his five Grands Prix to date.
That run included two P9 placings in April, following impressive displays in Japan and Saudi Arabia.
As our Thai racer bids to put more points on the board in the weeks ahead, here’s what’s on the cards over the next month…

2nd-4th May: Miami Grand Prix

Albono will be full of confidence as he heads into the upcoming Miami Grand Prix.
An eye-catching set of results from Rounds 1 to 5 have yielded a total of 20 points for AA23, putting him eighth in the Drivers’ Standings and helping Atlassian Williams Racing to fifth in the Constructors’ Championship.
Having finished P9 at the first-ever Miami GP in 2022, Alex has the experience required to continue his hot streak in Florida — but he will need to navigate the long straights and tight corners of the high-speed Miami International Autodrome.
There’s a Sprint race on Saturday, too, offering another opportunity for the 29-year-old to boost his tally while stateside.

16th-18th May: Emilia Romagna Grand Prix

A weekend off follows Round 6 in Miami, before the action switches to Europe and the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.
Alex is yet to score points with Williams in Imola — coming agonisingly close with a P11 finish back in 2022 — so will be itching to get off the mark later this month.
The Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari is rich in history and an undoubted highlight of the F1 calendar, partly because of the passionate Italian fans who attend each year.
It’s a testing venue, too, thanks to a narrow track and minimal runoff areas, meaning maximum precision is a pre-requisite for success in the Santerno River valley.

23rd-25th May: Monaco Grand Prix

Alex’s trio of Grands Prix in May concludes with arguably Formula 1’s most iconic race — the Monaco GP.
Glamour and opulence go hand-in-hand with motorsport when F1 heads to Monte Carlo, as it has been doing for well over half a century.
What makes Monaco so appealing is its unforgiving street circuit, that pushes drivers’ focus and technical ability to the limits.
The track’s tight layout runs past Casino Square and by the harbourfront, providing sensational racing against an appropriately stunning backdrop.
There is perhaps no better way to bring the curtain down on another intriguing month of motorsport for AA23, at a venue where he finished P9 last season.
