Formula 1 and the FIA have today announced the 24 races that will make up the 2026 F1 World Championship.
We will be saying “arrivederci” to Imola, and “hola” to Madrid in what is the only race change from the 2025 schedule, but there have been further tweaks to the order of the calendar itself.
The Canadian GP will now take place in May, two weeks after the Miami GP, creating an uninterrupted European summer which begins on June 5-7 in Monaco, and runs to 11-13 September when the Madring makes its debut.
Alex always looks forward to his visit to Singapore, the closest Grand Prix to Thailand, which will take place on October 9-11. The season will once again begin in Australia, before crossing five continents ahead of the finale in Abu Dhabi.
2026 is set to be a big year for the sport, with a major regulation change and an 11th team, Cadillac, joining the grid. For Alex, it will be his fifth year with Atlassian Williams Racing, a season that will see him become the driver with the most Grand Prix starts for the historic British constructor.
