Sunday's race in Austin will be Alex's 100th Grand Prix start — so team AA23 and Albono’s family have marked that milestone by surprising him with a new helmet design for the United States GP!

In celebration of how far Alex has come — from his early karting days to reaching this point in his career — the lid is a near replica of his first ever helmet used in karting.

The Valentino Rossi-themed design is a nod to Alex’s admiration for the MotoGP icon; Albono even raced with 46 on his kart as a youngster, in tribute to his childhood hero!

As a result, his team and family could not think of a more fitting design for this weekend.
