Alex’s performance in Miami has seen him top F1’s Aramco Power Rankings for the second time this season.
The Aramco Power Rankings are revealed by Formula1.com after each Grand Prix, following their five-judge panel’s assessment of the race weekend.
Their scores out of ten are then averaged out to provide a mark for the round in question — and are added together to maintain a Power Rankings leaderboard throughout the campaign.
Albono placed in top spot following his efforts in Florida, with a score of 9.8. He received praise for recovering from the disappointment of his five-second time penalty during Saturday's Sprint, to record an impressive P5 finish on Sunday.
And it’s not the first time that AA23 has been selected as the panel’s best performer, having also topped the rankings after the Australian GP in Round 1 — scoring 9.4 on that occasion.
He currently sits third in the overall table, with an average of 8.4 and just Oscar Piastri (8.9) and Max Verstappen (8.6) above him.
Congratulations Alex!
