Alex has been nominated for Formula 1's Crypto.com Overtake of the Month award for May, following his impressive manoeuvre past Kimi Antonelli at the Miami Grand Prix.

Albono allowed the Mercedes driver to go deep before passing him with aplomb at Turn 1, as he moved up to P5 during Lap 31.

Our Thai racer was able to maintain that position, too — securing his second P5 placing of the season in the process.

You can vote for AA23's overtake now on Formula1.com, if you're signed up to F1 Unlocked.

Don't wait too long, though, because the deadline for entries at 2pm (BST) on Wednesday 4th June.

The competition is fierce, with Oscar Piastri, Max Verstappen, Lando Norris and Lance Stroll also up for the award, so make sure to get involved!
