Ahead of the 2024 season, Alex and the team flew out to sun-soaked LA once again for pre-season training. Patrick put Alex through his paces with an intensive week of gym work, boxing and even mountain biking!
With little time to train during the season due to a jam-packed race schedule, the pre-season training camp is crucial to Alex’s physical and mental preparation for the conditions he will face across the 24 Grands Prix this year.
