Budds Offers Fans the Chance to Own Alex Albon’s Race-Used Helmet

Alex’s race-used helmet from the 2026 British Grand Prix is now up for auction with specialist sports auction house BUDDS, giving collectors and fans the opportunity to own a unique piece of his Formula 1 career.

The helmet was worn by Alex during the British Grand Prix race weekend at Silverstone before being personally signed by the Williams driver. Designed by Alex himself for the 2026 season, the helmet features a stripped-back blue, white and chrome colour scheme, with his Thai flag incorporated across the back.

Speaking about the auction, Alex said:

“As Formula 1 drivers, helmet designs are one of the very few areas that we own and which essentially form the very core of our identity on the race track. This year, I took a big step away from my normal racing colours with a new helmet design, and I’m excited to be giving someone the opportunity to own what is a part of my racing history, with the chance to buy my race worn helmet from this year’s British Grand Prix.”

The helmet comes complete with a driver-signed certificate of authenticity and is presented in a premium display case.

The timed auction is open from 16 September until 4pm BST on Monday 12 October, with all bidding taking place through BUDDS.
