It’s been almost a month since Alex’s last Formula 1 outing in Hungary — and our Thai racer is feeling refreshed after the summer break.
Back-to-back Grand Prix weekends lie in store for AA23 upon his return, starting with a visit to Zandvoort for the Dutch GP.
That’s immediately followed by a stint at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, as Albono bids to continue his impressive form from the opening 14 rounds of 2025.
He’ll be looking to build on his 54-point tally in North Holland on Sunday, but is under no illusions about the challenges that await in the season’s final furlong.
“We come back from the summer break rested and ready to finish off the rest of the season on a strong note,” Alex said.
“Returning with the double-header starting in Zandvoort, it’s always a fun circuit to drive and is a track we’ve been successful at in the past.
“We know the rest of the season isn’t going to be easy, but we’ll look to maximise all we can this weekend.”
The 29-year-old has fond memories from the Circuit Zandvoort, of course, having recorded an enjoyable P8 finish there in 2023.
A repeat performance — or even an improved placing — would represent the perfect return to action for AA23, as he targets a positive outcome in the Netherlands.
