Alex to reach another Williams milestone

Joining the team ahead of the 2022 season, Alex arrived in Grove looking to restart his Formula 1 career after a year away from the grid. Since then, he has established himself as one of the sport's most consistent performers, playing a key role in Williams' progression and becoming an integral part of the team's journey.

The following season brought strong results for Alex, with points-scoring drives in Canada, Silverstone, Monza and Mexico helping the team climb to seventh in the Constructors’ Championship. From wheel-to-wheel battles to unforgettable qualifying performances, Alex kept us entertained throughout.

By 2024, Alex had become synonymous with Williams. Whether he was fighting for every position on race day or working tirelessly behind the scenes, he continued to embody the team's fighting spirit.

2025 proved to be Alex's best season yet with Williams. His consistency saw him finish P8 in the Drivers’ Championship, score 73 points and record 12 top-10 finishes, helping the team secure P5 in the Constructors’ Championship.

Since then, Alex has remained a key figure in Williams' progress, leading the team through a new chapter while continuing to extract everything possible from the car.

Now, for the 100th time, Alex is ready to take on another Grand Prix, and this week he heads to Hungary to celebrate the special milestone.
