Alex tries to fire it down the inside of Hamilton at Turn 14 but makes contact with the Ferrari resulting in damage to his front wing endplate. Albono boxes following the contact and returns to the field in P18.

In case you are joining us for the first time, Alex showed some impressive speed through all three Free Practice, staying inside the top 10 throughout.
A knock of the wall in Q1 had him qualify in P16, though, but he'll be using the pace to push forwards in today's Grand Prix.
